Renewing your Insurance License Verify your CE Credits First!

Hello Friends, Thought I would do a quick video on what you need to do first before you renew your Life and Health Insurance License. This is after you have already sat for the Life and Health Licensing exam and passed. Every two years you will need to renew your license, but to do that, you will need to satisfy your Continuing Education requirements. That requirement is 24 CE credits over a two year period. Many people earn their credits by taking classes offered by Kaplan Education. Link is below: https://www.kaplanfinancial.com/ After completing each class and receiving your Certificate of Completion, the credits will be uploaded to a company/site called Sircon, https://www.sircon.com/ComplianceExpr... This site allows you to verify you have received all of your credits and are in compliance with your hours. Following along with the instructions in the video will show you how to look up your hours and to see that you are in compliance. At the bottom of the page that shows your transcript, there is a button there that lets you actually renew your license and walks you through the steps on how to do that. There is a set of questions you will need to answer. The fee two years ago to renew my license was around $130, so it could be more now.
