Duck Season 2020-21 Episode 1: Public Land Frustration (They Shot My Mojo!) Travel back in time with us to the Wild Wild West of duck hunting, this is Kentucky public land. The end of this video is pretty funny. After 2 years of trying the boys finally talked me into letting them shoot my old Mojo hen. They thought they were gonna get off easy till Papaw's Mojo pole broke off under the water and they had to fish it out. It might be the funniest moment I've caught on camera yet. The end was funny because we tried to make the best out of a bad morning. Tensions were extremely high at the beginning of this hunt and the frustration was real. The place we decided to hunt ended up being completely overran on opening morning and a fight almost broke out. Although it was tough, we did manage to scratch a few ducks out before calling it quits. It’s situations like this one that causes bad things to happen. We need to show respect to other hunters in the field instead of doing things like this on public land. We all pay for those places with our license and permit dues each year. With that said, if you get beat to a spot just take it as a loss and move on. Let’s make a change and do things better in the future. I feel like that’s the least we can do as a token of respect for the ones that didn’t make it back home this year. Hope y’all enjoy episode 1 of our 2020-21 duck season.
