The Pharma 40.40DC is constructed to prioritize maximum powder filtration and ensure complete operator safety, fully complying with GMP guidelines. With its advanced features, this vacuum cleaner is ideal for working with pharmaceutical powders. The unit boasts a polished AISI316 stainless steel cyclone, which is capable of separating up to 98% (maximum, tested with placebo dust) of the extracted dust without the need for a filter unit or any maintenance. For internal cleaning purposes, the optional Wash in Place feature is available, providing convenience and ease of maintenance. The remaining dust is effectively captured by a HEPA absolute filter that can filter particles as small as 0,18 microns with an impressive efficiency of 99.995%. Furthermore, there is an option to install two additional filters, one on the intake and one on the air outlet, for enhanced filtration performance. Ensuring operator safety is a top priority, and that's why we've incorporated the Bibo (BagIn-BagOut) system. This unique feature allows for the replacement of the absolute filter without any direct contact with the sucked-in dust, ensuring a clean and safe process. Moreover, a capacitive level probe is equipped to signal when the container is full, preventing overfilling. When it comes to disposal, the Pharma 40DC offers a solution that guarantees tightness and minimizes any contact with dust. The material is discharged into crimpable plastic containment bags, providing a secure and hygienic disposal method. To meet diverse needs in the pharmaceutical production process, different motors are available, with the unit featuring a vacuum relief valve for motor protection. Additionally, all components that come into contact with pharmaceutical powders are constructed from AISI316 stainless steel, which not only ensures optimal material flow but also simplifies cleaning operations.
