Case description: This is a case of a 64-year-old who has a subluxated intraocular lens in the Right eye. The patient has pseudoexfoliation syndrome and underwent pars plana vitrectomy with cataract surgery 8 years ago. In this operation, we tried to explant the subluxated IOL from the eye but unfortunately the capsular bag was not enough attached to the ciliary body due to the loss of almost all zonules and it dropped with the lens into the vitreous cavity. We used the cannula and trocar systems to explant the dislocated IOL from the vitreous cavity and to fixate an Artisan lens retropupillary.
