Managing SMS Notifications and Messaging Setting Up SMS Notifications Navigate to the Notifications panel. Click on SMS under the Notifications category. Click on Check Notification Settings at the bottom of the page. Check the box next to SMS under the Notifications section to enable SMS notifications. Click the Save button at the bottom to save the changes. A confirmation message will appear indicating the notification settings were successfully saved. Viewing and Responding to SMS Messages Click on SMS under the Notifications list to view messages. The Notification Center displays only received SMS messages. To respond to a message, click Respond next to a received SMS. Type your message in the text box on the right side and click the arrow to send it. Close the text window by clicking the X button at the top right corner. To dismiss a notification, click Dismiss next to the message. Close the Notification Center by clicking the X icon at the top left. Sending SMS Messages to Customers Individual Customer Messaging Search for a customer using the search bar. Click on the SMS icon in the top right corner of the customer's billing page. Select the primary account holder, secondary account holder, or both. In the text window, click on Write a message to start typing. Send the message by clicking the arrow icon. Bulk Messaging You can send SMS messages to multiple customers on various pages: Enrollees Page Select Enrollees from the navigation menu. Select the checkbox next to each enrollment entry. In the toolbar, click the SMS icon to send a bulk SMS message. In the pop-up, choose to message only the primary account holder or both. Type your message in the SMS form text box. Click the Send button and confirm by clicking Send again in the pop-up. Classes Page Click on Classes in the navigation bar. Select the class from the Classes list to open it. Select each Enrollee or click the top box to select all Enrollees in the class. In the pop-up, choose the primary account holder or both. Type your message in the text box. Click the Send button and confirm by clicking Send again. If there is an error, a message will pop up showing the successful message sent and any phone number errors. Click OK to acknowledge. Reports Section In the navigation bar, click on Reports. Click on AR Aging in the Reports section. Click the SMS icon to send a message. Select an option from the drop-down menu. Enter your message in the text box and click Send. Select AR Payments from the list. In the table, click the checkbox at the top to select all accounts. Click the SMS icon on the right side of the screen. Select an option from the drop-down menu, type your message, and click Send.
