Beating Harry Potter 2 (PC) in 63 Spellcasts is ridiculous! - New Strat found in Lowcast% (WR)

For those who aren't familiar with the rules: Lowcast is an official challenge run on the Leaderboard and the goal is to beat the game in as little spellcasts as possible. That is also the deciding metric, time is only secondary here. So if anyone beats the game in 67 casts and takes 1h, they will be ranked behind someone who does it in 66 but takes 3h. The optimal amount of casts used to be 64 like in my last Lowcast video, but since then a new strat in Goyle has developed making a 63 possible! And it's absolute pain, thx for finding that.
