Over the next month, we will join each other for an all-levels (beginner to intermediate friendly) 30 day yoga and meditation journey. This is the PERFECT place to start if you’ve been wanting to implement these practices into your life because it is so accessible. Each class is only 15-30 minutes long and each one emphasizes movement of various sorts (mellow stretchy flows to fiery and funky vinyasa) as well as a few minutes of stillness and meditation. I want to help others see that unlocking your body and breath can unlock the way to health of yourself and your relationships in the world for the long haul.
