We're bringing you a new video! Double Cleaning Agent Solution ✨ This time, the video was created in the company Grupa Fideltronik. With DCT cleaning system InJet® 888 CCRD we have a unique solution for you for cleaning- soldering and coating pallets in one cleaning machine. We don't just sell products; we provide complete solutions and follow-up care, so you're never on your own ⭐ In this story, you will learn not only about this new solution, but also about how DCT specialists work. --------------------------- Optimizing Pallet Cleaning at Fideltronik with DCT’s Unique Dual-Process Solution In the competitive world of electronics manufacturing, efficiency and maintenance are paramount. A recent collaboration between DCT and Fideltronik in Krakow, Poland, highlights how a unique cleaning solution can streamline operations even in highly contaminated environments. The Challenge: Moving Beyond Manual Cleaning Before implementing the new system, Fideltronik relied on manual processes and older equipment using heavy cleaning fluids to maintain their soldering pallets. The process was labor-intensive and limited by the aggressive chemistry required to remove tin, flux, and conformal coating residues. The goal was to switch to a safer, automated solution capable of handling two distinct tasks: cleaning soldering pallets and removing acrylic or polyurethane from coating pallets. A Collaborative Path to Optimization Fideltronik selected a machine configuration from DCT that utilizes water-based fluids. However, the installation was just the beginning. According to process engineer Tomasz Kulik, the partnership with DCT involved continuous improvement. Initially, the system cleaned four to six pallets per cycle. By working closely with DCT engineers, the team customized the cleaning fluid, upgraded the rinsing power, and improved the drying system. These adjustments nearly doubled the efficiency, allowing the machine to clean between 6 to 10 pallets per cycle depending on their size. Proven Durability in a Harsh Environment Cleaning soldering and coating pallets creates a mixture of highly abrasive residues, posing a risk to machinery. Despite this high level of contamination, the system has proven remarkably durable. Over three years and more than 7,000 cleaning cycles, Fideltronik reported only a single pump replacement. To ensure this longevity, DCT introduced a special maintenance protocol: a dedicated fluid designed solely to clean the machine itself every six months. Selling a Process, Not Just a Product The success at Fideltronik demonstrates that high-performance cleaning requires more than just hardware. It requires a synergy between chemistry, machine configuration, and ongoing support. As the case study concludes, the value lies in "selling a process," where continuous adjustments lead to higher capacity and reliable production.
