I know this may not be everyone's cup of tea but the texture of those sizzling intestines really do be calling my name when my stomach is growling. Because monsoon season is making everything bleak, I decided to commit and finally turn this into reality. Today, I will take you to one of the most affordable makchang (a type of gopchang) chain restaurants that originated from Daegu to have a taste of their pork and beef makchang (large intestines).
