(Jun 2022) \\ PHOTOSENSITIVE WARNING // An old song that took far too long for me to release. I originally composed this track for DEEMO II, but unfortunately they were already full on songs by the time I was satisfied enough to submit it. The opening piano melody of the song is a literal transcription of the chemical formula of Beta-Farnesene, which is the main alarm pheromone used by aphids. I thought of elements of rain, nature, leaves, freshness, and of course, approaching storm and scattering, which I thought were suitable to represent the soundworld of the game it was composed for. Apologies for the simple video this time around. Special thanks to AriaL for the cover art! / darkpuppey
