WARCO VMC TURRET MILLING MACHINE WITH DRO AND 2 POWER FEEDS

After selling my other milling machine with non power feed, Finally got my new Warco milling machine delivered arrived in a huge wooden crate The stand and swarf tray arrived at the same time Bought it new from Warco and you can choose between various versions I decided to go down the route of A 3 phase motor and an r8 shaft. Reason being i can add another motor/inverter at a later time this will save time changing the belts I never bothered with the dro and power feed packages, as i wanted to fit and install my own Setting up was easy, done this on my own, as i already had an engine hoist so made light work of it Ordered 2 new power feed units to fit the mill and one new dro scale as i already had a spare dro unit in the workshop so used what I had. Fitting of the power feeds was easier with slight modifications required Fitting the dro scales was slightly pretty straightforward after a little messing around the places i choose I believe is the best spots to put them, The one touch oil lubricator had to be moved back approx 2 inches to allow the scales to fit, again used the existing holes and made a bar for the oiler to fit on Jobs left to do now is still fit a new power feed on the z axis,& fit the safety cut-out switches on the Z & y axis, and raise the head up approx 3 inches to allow for more height Overall I'm very pleased with the Warco vmc milling machine the price and service i got was truly 2nd to none "thank you" WARCO for the service. time now to enjoy the mill and start building my 2nd Stuart model the "Stuart s50" Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy the video Regards....keith in swindon
