May, 18, 2011, at 7.30 am. My neighbor threatens my old mother and me, insults us, when he meets us in our building or outside. Today I turned on a video camera when he started to assault me again. I am standing and waiting for a bus B49 to come to my job. It's 7.30 am. The neighbor passes me with his daughter, looks at me with despite and says: "Don't look at me". (he can but others don't have any right to look at HIM!) AFTER HIS WORDS I turned on my camera and asked: "Why cannot I look at you?" "Why cannot I look at you?" He commands: "Don't come closer to me!" Me: "I make video-records of all your abuses, banging, harassment and I place all your unlawful acts in Internet" He: "What?!?!" Me: "I make video-records of all your abuses, banging, harassment and I place this in Internet" He: "F*** you!" He passes me VERY CLOSE(!), almost touching me, even just a minute before HE DEMANDED "DON'T COME CLOSER TO ME!" He places his daughter into the car with another man. Me: "I record all your abuses, everything how you torment us, everything..." He comes VERY CLOSE TO ME again: "Are you thinking you will be get away with it?" (He means our complains to the management and 311 about their constant noise violence and insults to my mom and me) He: "I WILL GET REPRISALS TO YOU VERY SOON!" Me: "Are you threatening me?" He: "I WILL KICK YOU OUT FROM YOUR APARTMENT FOR 1 DAY VERY SOON! VERY SOON" Me: "Are you threatening me?" He: "I WILL SHOOT YOU OUT FROM THIS BUILDING AND IT WILL BE VERY SOON" Me: "How will you do this?!" He: "YOU WILL SEE!" Me: "Tell me, how will it be" He: "YOU WILL SEE" Me: "Wait! How are you going to do this?" Me: "Do you have a practice to give the bribes to policemen?" He stares at me: "OK, WE WILL TEAR THIS (me, I think) TO SHREDS..." "F*** you!" Me: "You repeatedly and intentionally harass us by this noise" He stopped: "A??? Study English" Me: "Your harassment to us and your acts towards your children will not be get away with". He comes away. HIS INTIMIDATIONS TO KICK ME AND MY MOM OUT FROM OUR APARTMENT and GET REPRISALS TO ME SOON WERE ANNOUNCED BY HIM NOT FOR FIRST TIME!!! IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENES WITH ME (MAY GOD PROTECTS), HE WILL BE FIRST and DEFINITE SUSPECT. 1.This man and his wife break the NYC Law and the Rent Lease rules about 80% of carpets coverage of the floors. We complained to management, the Mediation Center, to 311, to 911 a lot of times. Some of them made them to put down the carpets. But they continue to keep the floors uncovered! There is only one explanation for this: they enjoy their revenge, feel total impunity and have a plan to "kick us out from our apartment" 2. THEY OCCUPIED OUR APARTMENT 1.5 years ago! They invaded and "settled down" in OUR apartmen. We don't have night and daily rest, protection, sense of security at all. Because of their constant excessive noise we do not have holidays, weekends and normal life at all. They make noise at night in any time and for long daily hours. They wake us up at 2pm, 4pm, 5 pm, than we have to suffer from their long hours banging, beating to our ceiling. This man and his wife torments us and harass with excessive long-lasting everyday/everynight noise intentionally, repeatedly, doing everything to push us out from our apartment. We have more than 165 videos proving their harassment to us. 3. They both insult and assault us, using bed language and threatening us. 4. The man is smoking in the building every 30 minutes, even there are signs "Don't smoke here" and this is against the NYC Law too. 5. They fixed a washing mashine in their renting apartment even it is also against the Reanting Lease law. WHY DO THEY BREAK ALL THE LAWS and OUR RIGHTS SO VIOLENTLY?! FOR 1.5 YEAR?! 6. They also abuse, neglect, scream, yell at their daughters every day-night and spank them violently. The prolong children's scream come from their apt. like parents torment them. The woman is a real fascist towards her daughters. The man must be related to Ukrainian (Russian) mafia, if he and his wife feels right to violate people's rights so boldly! We CANNOT find protection and therefore I place our videos here.
