Jean Schulz, widow of Peanuts creator and cartoonist Charles M. Schulz, and Curator Benjamin L. Clark offer a peek into the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center and explain why it is located in Santa Rosa, California. See original Peanuts comic strips, featuring Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the Peanuts gang, and other highlights from the Schulz Museum's collection. The Schulz Museum is located 50 miles north of San Francisco in Sonoma County, where Schulz lived and worked for most of his career. Next door to the Museum is Snoopy's Home Ice, where Schulz played hockey, and the Warm Puppy Cafe, where Schulz ate his meals each day. Schulz's studio is located on the same campus as the Museum. Today, visitors can see a recreation of his workspace and explore engaging exhibitions at the Museum, visit the ice arena and cafe, and celebrate Schulz's legacy in the place he called home.
