Arrowhead revealed the outlines for their next patch scheduled for September 17, and there are MASSIVE changes here to much of the game. Armor Penetration, enemy health, primary weapon buffs, stratagem buffs and reductions to most Heavy Enemies are outlined here in the notes. "Over Buffing" could be a simple term used to describe these upcoming changes, but Helldivers 2 needs this kind of jolt to the system!
