She's not accused of being at the murder scene. She's charged under Florida's principal theory as someone who allegedly provided intelligence, tracking, and coordination that made the murder possible. The State must prove she had knowledge that a murder would occur, intent for it to happen, and took at least one action in furtherance of that plan. This testimony about a prior shooting attempt involving the same co-defendants is the State's way of showing this wasn't a spontaneous act. They're arguing this was an ongoing conspiracy with multiple attempts, and Alicia Andrews' text messages from 2021 expressing hostility toward Foolio prove she had knowledge dating back years. But here's the tension. Knowing that gang violence exists in Jacksonville doesn't prove you participated in a specific murder.
