It's pretty simple and incredibly delicious to make. 😇 Layered Ice Cream Jello is a simple 4 ingredient way to make a rainbow layered jello. The flavor and color combinations are endless with this jello and ice cream recipe. This colorful jello dessert is perfect for any occasion and tasty summer sweet. Ingredients for layered Jello ice cream 🥣 Two cups heavy cream or heavy whipping cream. (480 ml) 🥣 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk.(397 g) 🥣 Vanilla (1 table spoon) 🥣 Gelatin (3 different colors) 👣 Instructions for Layered Jello ice cream Pour cold heavy whipping cream into a large bowl. Beat using an egg whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl and continue beating until fully combined. Add vanilla and continue beating. Spread 1 cup of the cream mixture into the bottom of a baking dish or container. Sprinkle the red gelatin over the top. Add another thin layer of cream mixture. Sprinkle the purple gelatin over the top. Add another thin layer of cream mixture. Sprinkle the yellow gelatin. End with another layer of cream mixture. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap. **Make sure the plastic wrap touches the cream. Put in a freezer and let it freeze for 6-8 hours. No ice cream machine needed & no special equipments needed.
