We pass the giant Electricity Substation, the Pet Cemetery, the listed Victorian Pumping Station, Spire Hospital and industrial estate. We then follow Roding Lane North past Wanstead Rugby Club and Hospital Hill Wood before dropping down the hill to Woodford Bridge.
