On the 12th of August, 2021, the Delaware - Lacakawanna Railroad ran an Office Car Special the full length of the Pocono Mountain Route. After 8am that morning, the train departed Scranton with all the executives onboard. We begin our chase as the OCS is seen heading east through East Stroudsburg, with M420W 2045 in charge. The consist was as follows: MLW M420W #2045 ALCo C425 #2461 Recently restored power car #1785 Comet Car #1802 Erie Lackawanna #2 The train stops at the end of the line in Slateford Junction, where the power is run around the consist for the westward trip back up the mountain. With the C425 now leading, I follow them the full length of the route until arriving in Scranton, where the train would soon terminate at the Bridge 60 tower. Thanks for watching!
