At first- i am confused- LOONA has "legs" or "arms" ??? Let me know what you think in comments. Common problem with the first version of the LOONA the PetBot (was packed in paper shiny white box) was fragile gears construction and too agile toy. The plastic construction repair was shown in previous video. Now the repair was serious. The only way, i decided, was to change both - the motor and reduction gear together (N30 12v 200 rpm, but i've replaced both to 150 rpm, to slow down the Loona). ‐‐----------------- After several tests and some research, it turns out that 6 V 150 RPM motors are the best option. -------------------- With a little imagination and innovation of the construction, LOONA again plays and runs about. And now i know what and how to repair ! The updated version of LOONA second edition now is packed in soft gray polyester box.
