Juan Garrigues explains how dialogue can help resolve global issues. Juan Garrigues is a Special Adviser at the Dialogue Advisory Group (DAG) in Amsterdam and a Senior Research Fellow Associate at the Barcelona Centre for International Relations (CIDOB). After growing up in four different continents, he started an international career that has included working in non-governmental organizations such as ACTED Afghanistan, international organizations such as the United Nations, international relations think tanks and the Spanish Prime Minister's office. In recent years, Juan has specialized in mediation and political dialogue in countries in conflict. All this, mostly as an excuse to travel to exotic places and meet interesting people.
