It’s Christmas Day 2025 here at Magee Farms, and with an unusually warm 65° day in the Midwest, we took a walk through the pasture to check on the animals — and visit a new baby. With goats, sheep, and horses all sharing the pasture, we head into the nursery to see what will most likely be our last baby of 2025. She’s just a few days old, still figuring things out, and already winning hearts with those floppy ears. After losing kids earlier this winter during extreme cold, this birth on a warm Christmas Day was a welcome and much-needed surprise. This video is just a quiet look at real farm life, the ups and downs that come with it, and why we appreciate moments like this.
