The next installment in my Relaxed Regency project is here! This time were making not one, but two sets of sleeves! Yes that's right, not content with over complicating the bodice, I decided to make this outfit a 2 in 1, convertible day and evening dress. The pattern used for this project was Laughing Moon 138 and I modified the sleeves slightly to add the piping to the bands and the cuffs.
