This gameplay showcase will give you an idea of how the preset AC CIRCUS plays in Armored Core VI, at least in PvE, through a mixture of missions and Arena battles. Although he's not one for words, his absolute loyalty to Carla and complete reliability in both technical and combat roles has made him indispensable to the Dozer leader. The preset AC CIRCUS shown in the video is unlocked by defeating 14/C "Chatty" Stick in the Arena. There are several glaring issues with the CIRCUS. First, the lack of a reliable "add-clear" weapon means either spending valuable Little Gem/Iridium ammo or relying on the slow multi-lock and reload of the VTC-12 to remove basic enemies. Speaking of which, both of Chatty's rear-mounted weapons are useless in enclosed spaces, as their missiles will hit the ceiling long before they hit their targets. However, the biggest and most obvious flaw is that CIRCUS is the highest ranked AC without a Core Expansion(!). But these problems don't feel so bad when you realise one important fact - the CIRCUS is in town. The sheer firepower this thing unloads absolutely melts any enemy bigger than an AC (and it can melt those too), all while zipping around the battlefield like an F1 car. As long as you don't play it on Grid 086, or Watchpoint Alpha, you're practically guaranteed to have a fun time. A merely above-average AC, but that almost doesn't seem to matter. | This is by no means a "guide" to show you how to play the AC; I'm sure there are far better players than me who can do more with these mechs.
