These Taco Bell style burritos are made of 7 LAYERS! Comprised of refried beans, chunky salsa, creamy guacamole, Mexican Rice, sour cream, crunchy lettuce and cheddar, all layered together inside a soft flour tortilla, it's a complete meal contained in a handy wrap. Makes 6 burritos INGREDIENTS: 6 tortillas Mexican rice: • How to make MEXICAN RICE | SPANISH RICE | ... Salsa Guacamole Refried beans Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese Lettuce Sour cream INGREDIENTS FOR TORTILLA 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) 2 cups all purpose flour (maida) ½ tsp salt ¾ cup water (or as required) INGREDIENTS FOR REFRIED BEANS: 2 tbsp Olive oil 6-8 Garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp jalapeños chopped ( optional) 2 cups Kidney beans (boiled) ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Salt or to taste 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped) INGREDIENTS FOR GUACAMOLE: 1 big avocado 1 small onion (finely chopped) 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 4-5 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp jalapeños (finely chopped) (optional) 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp salt (or to taste) 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped) METHOD FOR TORTILLA: Take flour, oil and salt in a bowl Add water little at a time and knead to make a semi-soft dough Apply a little oil and let it rest for 15-20 min . Knead again Divide into 6-7 equal parts and shape into a ball Flatten with a rolling pin to make a roti .
