Karel Komzák II - Erzherzog-Albrecht-Marsch, Op. 136 (1887) - Klavier (English) Written in 1887 by Karel Komzák (son) and having its premiere in the same year on April 25, it was dedicated in honor of the 60 years of service of the Austrian general Erzherzog Albrecht Friedrich von Österreich (1817-1895). This march became known worldwide, being performed by military bands during the first and second world wars and for being played in the 2003 film, The Miracle of Bern by Sönke Wortmann. In its musical structure, during the trio, curiously the march written in quaternary time suddenly changes to 6/8. At the traditional New Year's concert of the Vienna Philharmonic, in 2024, this march was chosen as the opening work, being its first time included in the program. (Português) Escrita em 1887 por Karel Komzák (filho) e tendo sua estréia no mesmo ano no dia 25 de abril, foi dedicada em homenagem aos 60 anos de serviço do general austriaco Erzherzog Albrecht Friedrich von Österreich (1817-1895). Essa marcha tornou-se mundialmente conhecida, sendo executada por bandas militares durante a primeira e segunda guerra mundial e por ter sido tocada no filme de 2003, The Miracle of Bern de Sönke Wortmann. Em sua estrutura musical, durante o trio, curiosamente a marcha escrita em compasso quaternário, altera subitamente para 6/8. No tradicional concerto de ano novo da filarmonica de Viena, no ano de 2024, essa marcha foi escolhida como obra de abertura, sendo a sua primeira vez inclusa no programa.
