A conversation with Oscar nominated producer Lawrence Turman. Mr. Turman discusses what it means to be a producer, how he collaborates with actors and directors, and his experiences working on many classic films. Also, the development of "The Graduate" from when he optioned the novel to eventually transforming it into a hit film starring Dustin Hoffman and directed by Mike Nichols. Mr. Turman received an Oscar nomination for "Best Picture" for "The Graduate" at the 1968 Academy Awards.
