Here is my "out of control" experience with so called "managers" Marco and Azhar at the KFC - KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN located at: 8270 N Cortaro Rd, Tucson, AZ 85743 Who the hell vets these OBNOXIOUS EMPLOYEES? No consistency in branding, managers not in any uniform and always out of chicken. This KFC is pathetic. DO THEY EVEN KNOW EL POLLO LOCO IS OFF THE NEXT EXIT? I could have driven 4.5 miles to Pollo Loco, got a BETTER meal, and drove back home in LESS time than it took to get a CRUMMY KFC meal and be verbally abused on the phone. Total time in this drive-thru - 20 Minutes. Really, KFC? It's FAST FOOD. ----------- I would like to know how "Marco" and "Azhar" get a job as MANAGERS at KFC with the obnoxious people skills you will see on the video. One screams at me, hangs up on me and yell at me and slam the drive-thru window in my face with one saying he's calling the police. Don't you think the police have more urgent issues to attend to than chicken? This manager actually dialed his cell phone in front of me, on video, stating he was calling the police. How about SERVING GUESTS, COOKING CHICKEN, RINGING UP GUESTS, and moving the line along, instead of standing around like a useless manager calling the police. Pretty disturbing to say the least. Whomever runs this location, needs to do a better job interviewing the people representing your brand. They have failed time after time after time and the people who work at this location have always been rude. This location has had problem managers for years, as well as problems with customer service and the aforementioned issues. There are hundreds of local people who would like a job at KFC, who will treat your customers right, and yet Marco and Azhar are the best choices? I think not.
