This standing pilates routine will help you build strength, stability and confidence in your hip as well as improve balance and strength in both your legs, hips and glutes.I recommend you start this programme before your procedure to strengthen all the important muscles of your legs, hips and glutes and then continue afterwards when cleared to do so by your physical therapist.
