Getting introduced to aespa through “Armageddon,” “Thirsty,” and “Next Level” was such a fun time. Since these were requested during Request Night, I went into this really just hoping for a good first impression, and I ended up having so much fun. Each song brought a different kind of energy, and together they made this feel like a really strong first look at the group. What I liked most is that these three tracks don’t all hit the same way. “Armageddon” feels bold and intense, “Thirsty” brings a smoother R&B-pop lane, and “Next Level” has that bigger, switch-up kind of energy that really sticks with you. That mix made this first listen feel exciting the whole way through, and it gave me a good sense that aespa has real range in how they approach their music. This honestly felt like a great entry point.
