Transfer of Files and Plots in New Metro City Gujar Khan! Located on the Main Grand Trunk Road, near Gujar Khan City, New Metro City Gujar Khan is a project of BSM developers. New Metro City Gujar Khan is the 3rd project of BSM developers. The first project of BSM, Gwadar Golf City, was a big success since the delivery to the clients was offered before the time. Likewise, their second project, New Metro City Kharian, where the plots were offered on easy instalment plans also turned out to be successful because of the pace of the work and the delivery. New Metro City Gujar Khan is the centre of attention for all the investors and dealers of the Twin Cities particularly because of the name attached with the project. The important question especially after the Early Bird Balloting was that of the Transfer Process for the balloted and non balloted files. The society right away announced the transfer of balloted files to be open from 23rd August 2022 whereas the Transfer process of non balloted files will officially commence on the 3rd of October 2022.
