Besame Mucho

One of our all-time favorite Latin songs, "Besame Mucho" has been a perennial favorite ever since it was first created. Seems like it was written with a Hammond organ in mind, although I guess we could say that about many popular songs. For the first and last verse, I have used a drum machine to accentuate the rhythm much as a real drummer would. For the second verse, I first played a simulated "drum track" using one of the well known Hammond organ sound effect tricks to approximate the sounds of bongo drums and a somewhat tambourine-like effect. Last verse includes a marimba sound and a saxophone on a keyboard, along with the drum machine and I accompany these other "instruments" on the Hammond, as I would do if I were playing in a real band.
