For best results use Falak Extreme Basmati Rice #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #FalakRice Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3e6RTO3 Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: / foodfusionpk Instagram: / foodfusionpk Twitter: / foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kid's special recipes. 00:00 White Chicken BBQ Rice Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Falak Extreme Basmati Rice 2 Cups (approx. 400g) -Water as required -Water 2 litres or as required -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs -Cooking oil 2 tsp Prepare Chicken Skewers: 00:51 -Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs -Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs -Charcoal for smoke -Cheddar cheese as required Prepare Vegetables: 02:14 -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2 inch piece -Gajar (Carrots) julienne 1 Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup -Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup -Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup -Soy sauce 1 tbs Prepare Mayo Sauce: 03:04 -Mayonnaise 1 Cup -Tomato ketchup 3 tbs -Mustard paste 1 tbs -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp -Paprika powder ¼ tsp -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste Prepare Tadka: 03:24 -Cooking oil ¼ Cup -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp Assembling: 03:42 -Boiled Rice -Prepared Tarka -Prepared vegetables -Chicken skewers -Potato fries -Prepared Mayo sauce Directions: In a bowl,add rice,water,wash thoroughly and soak for 20 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside. -In boiling water,add salt,vinegar and mix well. -Add soaked rice and mix well. -Add cooking oil,mix well & boil until 3/4th done (8-10 minutes) then strain & set aside. Prepare Chicken Skewers: 00:51 -In a bowl,add chicken,garlic paste,ginger paste,green chilli paste,yogurt,fresh coriander,black pepper powder,salt,white pepper powder,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,desiccated coconut and mix well,cover & marinate for 25-30 minutes. -Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes. -Grease hands and skewers with oil. -Now thread chicken cubes into wooden skewers (makes 8-10). -Grease grill pan with cooking oil,place chicken skewers and cook on medium low flame from all sides until golden brown (approx. 7-8 minutes). -On skewers,grate cheddar cheese from top & set aside. Prepare Vegetables: 02:14 -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & mix well. -Add garlic & sauté for a minute. -Add ginger & mix well. -Add carrots,capsicum,corn kernels,cabbage,mix well & cook for 2 minutes. -Add red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper crushed & mix well. -Add green onion leaves & mix well. -Add soy sauce,mix well & set aside. Prepare Mayo Sauce: 03:04 -In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,garlic powder,paprika powder and salt,mix well & set aside. Prepare Tadka: 03:24 -In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & cook for a minute. -Add red chilli crushed,mix well & set aside. Assembling: 03:42 -In a serving dish,add boiled rice,add & spread prepared tarka,add prepared vegetables,chicken skewers and potato fries. -Sprinkle green onion leaves & drizzle prepared mayo sauce & serve!
