"Five 35" - Maxfield Gast During the summer of 2015, Philadelphia Jazz Project, Turtle Studios and PhillyCAM recorded a diverse collection of performances by Philadelphia musicians who demonstrate their unique interpretations of the term, “Electricity.” Featuring hot performances by artists like trombonist and Center City Jazz Festival creator Ernest Stuart, guitarist and Ornette Coleman protege, Charlie Ellerbe, journeyman drummer/educator Ronnie Burrage, sax man and composer Maxfield Gast and others. These performances were gathered together into eight - 30 minute programs called the PhillyCAM Sessions: Electricity. During the February and March of 2016 the series Aired on Sundays at 7 p.m. on PhillyCAM [Philadelphia’s Public Access Channel] available on Comcast Channels 66 and 966 or Verizon Channels 29 and 30.
