Thank you all for your love and support! ❤️❤️❤️ This is how to make Classic Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting: Classic Vanilla Cake Ingredients: 375 g All-Purpose Flour/ 3 cups 3 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 115 g Butter, softened/ 1/2 cup 120 ml Vegetable Oil/ 1/2 cup 300 g Sugar/ 1 1/4 cups 1 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar 4 Eggs, room temperature 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 300 ml Buttermilk/ 1 1/4 cups Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C/347°F. Grease and line bottom of three round 20 cm/8 inch cake pans with parchment paper. 2. In a meddium mixing bowl, add in fllour, baking powder and salt. Give everything a quick mix and set aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, add in butter, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until creamy. This will take around 2-3 minutes. 4. Add in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 5. Add in vanilla ectract and continue mixing. 6. Add in flour mixture alternating with the buttermilk. Mix this gently by using a wooden spoon. Do not overmix! 7. Pour cake mixture into the prepared baking pans. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8. Let cakes cool down completely before frosting. Silky Smooth Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Ingredients: 200 g Semi-sweet Chocolate/ broken into pieces 7 oz 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 230 g Buttter, softened/ 1 cup 300 g Confectioners Sugar/ 2 cups 2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream Directions: 1. Place your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 40 -50 seconds. Give the chocolate mixture a quick mix. If it's not completely melted yet, then place it in the microwave for another 15 seconds and mix it again until smooth. 2. Let the chocolate cool for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to stir it every once in awhile. 3. In a large mixing bowl, add in softened butter and beat on medium-high speed until creamy 4. Add cooled melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Continue beating until well incorporated. 5. Gradually, add in confectioner's sugar. Beat until everything is well combined. 6.
