Winston Churchill has said, “However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.” International relations, Ukraine and Europe have changed since the full-scale war in Ukraine that started in 2022. Estonian diplomat Jonatan Vseviov advises us as Europeans to win this war, but it requires action, not fear. He says in his speech that there is no point in fearing a rat attack, the rat is already in our living room. Jonatan Vseviov is a diplomat of the Republic of Estonia and, as of January 2021, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the past, Vseviov has been the Estonian ambassador to the United States, chancellor and vice chancellor of the Ministry of Defense. Vseviov has played a decisive role in shaping Estonia's security and foreign policy, and several policy papers have been published by him.
