For the Kabab Mixture: • Boneless chicken – 250 g (boiled & shredded or minced) • Potatoes – 2 medium (boiled & mashed) • Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped) • Onion – 1 small (finely chopped, optional) • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) • Red chili powder – 1 tsp • Garam masala – ½ tsp • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp • Chaat masala – ½ tsp • Salt – to taste • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp (for binding, more if needed) • Mozzarella or processed cheese – ½ cup (grated or small cubes) For Coating: • Egg – 1 (beaten) • Bread crumbs – for coating For Frying: • Oil – as needed ⸻ 🔥 Instructions: 1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, green chilies, coriander, and onion. • Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, chaat masala, and salt. • Mix well. Add bread crumbs as needed to make a firm but soft mixture. 2. Add the Cheese: • You can either mix the cheese directly into the mixture or • Stuff small cheese cubes inside each kabab for a gooey center. 3. Shape the Kababs: • Take a small portion of the mixture, shape it into oval or round kababs. • If stuffing cheese, flatten a portion, place a cheese cube in the center, and seal it properly. 4. Coat the Kababs: • Dip each kabab into beaten egg, then roll it in bread crumbs until evenly coated. 5.
