Global Fertilizer Day with 4H Ghana, Nutrients for Life and African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI)

4R Solution project in partnership with Nutrients for Life and 4H Ghana hosted a Global Fertilizer Day virtual event on October 13, 2022. Students from 4H Ghana clubs shared their experiences when they participated in 4R Champion program and did their own 4R micro projects in their school and home gardens. The event opened with brief remarks from Executive Director of Nutrients for Life, Tamara Sealy; and Executive Director and Founder of 4H Ghana Mr. Appiah Kwaku Boateng ; followed by presentation of 4H Club members. Dr. Samuel Njoroge of African Plant Nutrition Institute then did a brief presentation on youth in African agriculture. We closed the event with Q/A from the audience. The event was hosted in two sessions. First session ran from 9 am EST to 9:45 am EST. Second session started at 2 pm EST to 2:45 pm EST. The second session was the recording of the first session.
