As I was not getting visa extension appointment, may be there was some issue in the Halle Foreign Office Website so I went directly. The mandatory documents required for student visa Extension are below :- 1- Passport 2- Purpose of staying in Germany (Invitation Letter from university or from language school) 3- Health insurance 4- Rent Contract 5- City registration 6- Proof of sufficient funds (Blocked Account, savings account statement/ Job contract) Remember this extension is not free, it costs 100 euros.
