It was one of three major analogue colour television standards, the others being NTSC and SECAM. The first public broadcast with PAL was in 1967. Am 3. Juli 1969 singt Roberto Blanco in der Rhein-Main-Halle in Wiesbaden das Lied "Heute so, morgen so" und gewinnt den zweiten deutschen Schlagerwettbewerb. Komponist: Gerd Schmidt Text: Günter Loose Orchester: Max Greger Hintergrundgesang: Rosy Singers Phase Alternating Line (PAL) ist ein Farbkodierungssystem für das analoge Fernsehen. Es war eine der drei großen analogen Farbfernsehnormen, die anderen waren NTSC und SECAM. Die erste öffentliche Ausstrahlung mit PAL erfolgte 1967.
