OPTIPOWER analyses cutting conditions, optimizes feed rates, and allows users to create better cutting strategies. The benefits are reduction in the production cycle times, enhancement of cutting operations, and fast development of new G-code files for future applications. During an adaptive optimization of the machining operations, the cutting power can be used in the optimization as a value to limit or accelerate the machining. • Federate limitation by maximum permissible loads of the machine axes can be used to reduce the feed rewritten if the machine applies maximum loads. • A new optimised program can consequently be generated. It will be automatically controlled and verify by a full simulation process.
