How to recover or upgrade the firmware of Ruijie 740-I For the up-gradation and recovery you must required the firmware version and TFTP Software utility. First you connect the Serial Cable with the console port of your AP which you have want to recover it. If you don't have any PoE Adapter then you directly connect its PoE port/LAN-1 port to the PoE Switch with the required volts and connect AP LAN-2 port with your PC LAN port for the data connectivity. Now you follow the same procedure guided in this video or mentioned below. 1) Restart device, press "CTRL + C” when system prompts, enter into BOOT Mode, 2) Press 0 key to upload a firmware via TFTP. 3) Press 1 key, then input the PC (Remote IP) and AP (Local IP) IP's. After it, enter the firmware file name with .bat extension. 4) After uploading successfully, press "y" to complete it. 5) Press "CTRL+Z" return to upper level, then choose "2" to run main 6) Now device succeed to enter Main mode, execute command "show version" and check the firmware version
