Sometimes what people think is may be just because I am visiting a fertility consultant may be I might be pushed towards IVF, maybe that's not the right way to think. So what happens in the first visit is we basically do an evaluation. An evaluation of wife and evaluation of husband. So evaluation of wife includes a scan that shows how the uterus is, if there is any fibroid or any other issues and it shows the ovaries. Ovaries also tell us how many follicles are present in the ovary that is basically the ovarian reserve. For the husbands similarly we do the semen assay. So the semen analysis will tell us whether the count is okay, the morphology is okay and the motility is fine. So after the tests which are done for husband and wife we actually evaluate, diagnose and then go ahead with the treatment. So basically we have to get a scan done, hormonal tests done, semen analysis done. So these are the tests done in a fertility clinic. So basically you shouldn't be anxious and shouldn't think that everybody will be pushed towards IVF.
