These endorphins create a sense of well being and can even relieve pain. Over the last 8 years I have successfully developed an hour long engaging show that encourages audiences to participate as much as they can to gain from the therapeutic benefits of those wonderful little chemicals. Throughout the show I am showing fun enjoyable ways to release endorphins in those happy participants. More often than not I have folks coming up after my shows asking when I will return. It is because they feel so good and they want to feel that way again.
