Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Blaylock aluminum EZ lock trailer coupler lock for the Bulldog Collar-Lok couplers. Now, this coupler lock will help prevent theft of a trailer that has a Bulldog Collar-Lok coupler on it. This lock is an aircraft-grade, lightweight aluminum construction. It's very strong, resists wear and corrosion. And as we mentioned, this lock is designed to install on Bulldog Collar-Lok couplers that'll fit the 1 7/8 inch, two inch, and 2 5/16 inch diameter hitch balls. Now, I mentioned the Collar-Lok style coupler, just to let you know what those are, I happen to pull one of those from our inventory. And this is the Collar-Lok design. This coupler has this sliding collar right here that'll slide open when you open this latch to release the spring-loaded two-piece head, and allow you to install onto your hitch bed. So, you can see it's closed in the lock position here. So, if we take our safety pin out, and then if we lift up on this latch, you can see as I lift the latch up and that collar slides back, it releases this spring-loaded two-piece head here. You can see this portion pops open and allows you to install onto the hitch ball. So, once this is ready or once you install this on the hitch ball, you just try to push this all the way open. Push this close and let the latch go, and it'll lock back into place over the hitch ball. So, that's what this, this is called the Collar-Lok coupler. So, basically, what'll happen is when you put this lock on it, what you'll do is slide this pin out. Now, this pin is a 3/4 inch diameter hardened steel pin. But what you'll do is if you notice on the lock, it has these slanted sides right here, these will face the front of the trailer. So, with it like that, you'll take your, put that coupler over the ball just like that. And you'll notice the sides of the locks surround the coupler. And then, you'll take this 3/4 inch hardened steel pin, slide it through both holes all the way through until the hole comes through over here. And then, what you'll do is you'll take a padlock and lock it with a padlock. Your pin can't be removed. Now, this part I'm going over does not include the padlock. And we do recommend a padlock to use. Anyone will fit, that'll fit through the hole there. But basically, we recommend this Master Lock padlock. This is part number ML40D. We sell this separately on our website. And it's listed on the product page for this part as a related product. So, basically, what you'll do is just slide that shackle open, line it up with the whole, slide the shackle so it goes all the way through both sides. And then, remove the key and now it's locked. The pin can't be removed. And it keeps anybody from removing the lock from there. So with the lock installed, they won't be able to hook up to the hitch ball and drive away with your trailer. And as we've mentioned, the padlock is not included. Now, we do sell a kit which is this lock with this Master Lock padlock. It's part number BLTL-20-40D. We sell that separately on our website. And then, to remove it, again, just put your key in there. Remove or slide the shackle open, slide the pin out, and then you can remove the coupler from the lock just like that. Now, this part is made in the USA. Give you a few dimensions on this. The weight of this is about three pounds. The width of it is right at 4 1/2 inches. Total depth is about 2 1/2 inches. And the total height, the very top is right at five inches tall. But that should do it for the review on the Blaylock aluminum EZ lock trailer coupler lock for the Bulldog Collar-Lok couplers..
