In the dyeing process, we use azo-free dyes, which are synthetic and designed to be sustainable by avoiding harmful azo compounds. The dye is thoroughly mixed in boiling water at 90°C. The bleached, undyed yarn is then immersed in the azo-free dye mixture and stirred continuously to achieve the desired color. This process is gradual, requiring constant stirring and periodic color checks against a color chart. If the color isn’t achieved, the steps are repeated until it is. Once the desired color is reached, the dyed yarn is washed in fresh water. The next step is immersing the washed yarn in a fastener solvent, which is crucial for binding the color to the yarn.
