Here are the ingredients to our school dinners cornflake tart. We used a pre made sweet pastry case, 60 grams of unsalted butter, 130 grams of golden syrup, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, Some jam to line the bottom of the pastry case, 100 grams of cornflakes. Add the butter, golden syrup brown sugar and salt to a saucepan and heat on low till all has melted. Remove from heat and stir in the cornflakes. Spread a layer of jam over the pastry case and spoon the cornflake mix into the pastry case and bake at 180 for 5 minutes. Remove and let it cool before eating.
