There has been varied responses to Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, but the one thing you can't fault it for is its sense of scale, for better or worse, and Hans Zimmer's score did a lot of the heavy lifting. The 1987 Golan-Globus production of Superman IV: The Quest for Peace, however, is a very low-rent movie, despite including a fight on the moon. Can replacing the copycat John Williams score in the older movie with Zimmer's new take help improve one of the worst films of all time? No copyright intended.
