He was recruited to MI6 after his parents died and rose through the ranks to become an elite assassin. Defection Trevelyan defected to the Russian Mafia after discovering the truth about his parentage and the torture his family faced as a result of the British. Janus Nine years after defecting, Trevelyan emerged as the mysterious leader of the Janus Crime Syndicate, also known as Janus. Disfigurement Bond's actions to finish a mission and escape unscathed led to Trevelyan being disfigured in an explosion.
