The SBSA reference indicates that it is manufactured in Japan. 00:49 First Look On-The-Wrist On the wrist, the Seiko 5 Sports SBSA001 sits slightly tall on the wrist but is nevertheless very comfortable and handsome. The full bracelet also balances out the watch head quite well. Atop the case is a steel, undirectional diver's bezel with a blue metallic insert. The insert has a silver diver's scale. The outside of the bezel is textured to improve grip. The color of the insert ranges from a deep blue to almost purple depending on the lighting. There are also applied hour indices that are filled with green Seiko LumiBrite luminous material. The hands have a polished steel finish and are also filled with luminous.
