Officers arrived in time to find the 20-year-old woman pushing a shopping cart full of merchandise in the parking lot. Officers made contact with her and she stated she paid for all of her merchandise, even though store surveillance cameras show otherwise. She was escorted back into the store where she attempted to resist arrest. She then claimed that she was only 13 years old and could not be arrested. Later, she was able to escape from the loss prevention office, but she was quickly tackled by a female officer. In the end, she was charged with 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor. Court records show she failed to appear for a court date and there is an active warrant for her arrest. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
